I found a problem in his language speaking about the disorder (and it is in fact Jordan Peterson so that's to be expected) but other than that this struck a lot of chords in me. DBT is "reported" to be helpful but I can attest that using mindfulness skills in my everyday life has already been beneficial, as well as recognizing problem behaviors and taking steps to realize the roots of the problem and mindfully act on them. To bring this thread back on track, I'm curious what your problem with him was, because I felt like that too but couldn't really pin it down. I think for me it is that his way of phrasing things sounds a little bit disrespectful sometimes
