Nah I think "midget" has won its battle. It was years ago when there was controversy over midget vs. dwarf vs. little person, and I think everyone felt like it was weird calling someone a LOTR dwarf and "little person" was too much like "sanitation engineer" trying to clean up "janitor" so everyone just shrugged and kept saying "midget" cause who even knows any midgets?
