Im back to tracking my workouts daily and intake of protein
new month, starting more dynamic routine so I can do everyday again and not be as sore in one muscle group
ima use everything I have, some pull ups, some push ups, some lifting with the kettlebell and some lifting with the dumbell
just track the progress daily and watch the gains happen.
also wanted to start a new routine since ive lost about 5 pounds recently on my gap between the routines, so diet AND exercise is going to be success
