I was advised by my longterm therapist that I should try yoga. Wish me luck lads, I'm going to be the only crusty dude in the class.

Nah, city cops beat him down once, **** should be enough for a lifetime. He seemed apprehensive when he tried it at first, but it really helped him with the issues I struggle with as well.

I have a lot of old injuries from various activities and Hot Yoga was suspiciously good for most of them. Good luck!

Im back to tracking my workouts daily and intake of protein new month, starting more dynamic routine so I can do everyday again and not be as sore in one muscle group ima use everything I have, some pull ups, some push ups, some lifting with the kettlebell and some lifting with the dumbell

just track the progress daily and watch the gains happen.




also wanted to start a new routine since ive lost about 5 pounds recently on my gap between the routines, so diet AND exercise is going to be success
