Quitting caffeine is the worst. I've only ever lasted 4 days before giving up. I don't know who I am if I'm not a jittery anxious caffeinated mess. On one hand it's sort of nice to take caffeine breaks (definitely feels calmer and more zen) but I must be FAST and STUPID. If one must consume tons of caffeine, though, it's much better to combine it with L-Theanine and/or use extended release caffeine instead.

My sleeping meds made me gain weight and sweat and it might have been one factor of me now having dislipidemia. As soon as I quit the medication I lost ten pounds still going but yeah I was almost 200 from the rimeron alone. Now I’m eating a lot healthier or trying to so as to offset my heart condition, as well as making plans to work out with my friend on the weekends. I didn’t even mind the weight gain as much as the sweating tho, it’s super embarassing.
