Can we talk about weight gain caused by meds? Lexapro + Latuda made me gain about 15 pounds, which I realize isn't much, but I can't seem to lose it. I'm going to have to resort to the keto diet or something. I need to be able to fit into my hideous Isabel Marant designer pants that make me look like a flamboyant victorian boy.

Quitting caffeine is the worst. I've only ever lasted 4 days before giving up. I don't know who I am if I'm not a jittery anxious caffeinated mess. On one hand it's sort of nice to take caffeine breaks (definitely feels calmer and more zen) but I must be FAST and STUPID. If one must consume tons of caffeine, though, it's much better to combine it with L-Theanine and/or use extended release caffeine instead.
