No, Leninism and its descendants like Maoism depends on authoritarianism. Those ideologies developed in agrarian peasant societies where there wasn't the developed industry prescribed by socialism to be able to come into in the first place so the Bolsheviks conceived of an authoritarian interim to mold the country into a proper industrial nation before morphing into an actual socialist "government".
Socialist thinkers never posited this authoritarian state before the Bolsheviks as far as I know. An authoritarian state would be antithetical to socialism. You sound like an anarchist who doesn't really know what anarchist socialism actually is.
