The remaining coal miners are just thankful to have a job. You can't tell them anything. You need to show them that it's a viable option in their area. Start with the unemployed. Debates are useless.

I have ****loads of relatives from coal-**** Kentucky. All they do there now is pop oxy and smoke meth. None of them left because they never had a ****ing dime. Not one of them mines coal any more.
