Ok, I get how it's difficult to actually get someone's real character across in an online setting, but I think you have enough intelligence to conclude that me being "prissy" here is only ever connected to trying to get people to behave a little bit better towards each other. It's called empathy. In real life, especially towards my own employees, it translates as being quite careful and very lax about how I behave towards them (I was myself a victim of workplace harassment so am trying my best to behave the opposite of that and create a safe and comfortable work environment).
This is a case of people who are performing below (in my mind) quite low standards, and not even bothering to fulfil the very basic requirement of any employer, being there and trying.
So yah, I really don't think it's me...
