My job is using 5 different temp agencies to recruit people and virtually all of them wash out if not within days then weeks. They can't find anyone. Its strange cause I've had a lot of temp jobs and this one is better than most you will find. They literally will hire you on after 3 months no BS. And the work itself isn't the worst either. And the pay is better than most other places. And still people wash out so quick. Get overwhelmed and quit . I try telling them it can seem hard at first you just have to get used to it but if you stick around and show improvement they'll hire you on. Doesn't matter. One by one they either quit or get fired for being useless. People keep saying "people just don't want to work anymore." I don't get it. That's nothing new. Nobody ever wanted to work. You do it cause you need the money. Next place the temps send you ain't gonna be much better than here.
