^ Well, that was weird!
I had zero idea that there was a story about Biden plagiarising Kinnock, but it seems to have been a slip in just one speech only, at least according to this news report I have just read:-

Biden was quoting, and crediting Kinnock in several speeches, but on one important occasion forgot to do the crediting bit: "an honest mistake" according to Kinnock, who has nothing but kind words for Biden.
