I just said the same thing recently in a different thread and I agree.

It's funny because I was in my A-School(technical school in the military) when Hybrid Theory came out. Everyone had a copy of it in my barracks. So it was getting played in heavy rotation all the time.

That's dope I want to get that collection but I'll probably end up having to get it another time or maybe a little more pricier from re-sellers.

R.I.P Chester
Agreed and I had concert tickets to see them in 2017 when Chester passed they canceled the rest of the tour obviously but I was so close to seeing my favorite first band live. I loved the fact that they were rock with the rap elements. I used to use them as a bridge between introducing my friends that only listen to rock to give them a chance and my friends that only listen to rap to give them a shot. To show that yeah there are bands out there that don't fit into the mold and stereotype that you can and that you can end up exploring a genre that you had misconceptions about.

It's got a lot of cool stuff in it.

I think Linkin Park was one of the first bands I ended up really liking back in the day as well. I remember going to a school camping trip and on the way there, I listened to both Meteora and Collision Course back to back nonstop. That and they were the only two CD's I brought with me. I don't know which song sparked my interest in them but all I know is that it has been a fun ride since then.
I went straight to the 20th anniversary album and have been listening to it all day. Such a wicked trip down memory lane. My favorite song will always be Faint. I even used to use it as a signature when I played The Sims Online. We had this system in place where I ran a "mafia" group and I would send my hitman to destroy people's houses. I told him to leave LP7 in the tile work after he destroyed it. It was track 7 from Meteora and I feel like only my hitman and myself knew what the LP7 meant but it was my mark lol.
