I've read your post over twice now.
I'm pretty sure you contradicted youself.
If a song isn't good to me, and its lyrics/tune are catchy, then it pisses me off. If a song is good (to me), and the lyrics/tune are catchy, then I don't mind.
But if you like SOAD's old stuff you might like a bandc aleld Otep. Otep is the female fronted version of SOAD in my opinion. And she's hot too.
