Meh, it kind of balances out, but (IMO) the better ones were on major labels back then. But you still had a bunch of them popping up everywhere doing it DIY style.

Not every indie band does that, and I don't believe i've ever bashed the whole mainstream. I like a bunch of mainstream bands, goin' from Mcfly to Blink. I just listen to mainly from underground bands.
