Truthfully, I don't think that they have a case since Richards is covered by our 1st Amendment Rights but I do agree with what they told the interviewer. How is this not a classic thing for a celeb to do? He gets in a sticky situation concerning racism, throws some money at the MLK foundation, gives a career-move-apology, and tries to make it go away. His apology was a career move just like his money donations.

I don't know how many times I've said that the issue is not him saying ******, it was the other words he said, and the tone and manner in which he used them.
