I'm not too sure of your purpose in posting this, but hey, my theads closed so I'll bring it to yours.
Truthfully, I don't think that they have a case since Richards is covered by our 1st Amendment Rights but I do agree with what they told the interviewer. How is this not a classic thing for a celeb to do? He gets in a sticky situation concerning racism, throws some money at the MLK foundation, gives a career-move-apology, and tries to make it go away. His apology was a career move just like his money donations.

Racism is thinking one race is superior to the other therefor it doesn't matter who's in the majority or minority racism can happen on both sides. Someone said whoever's in the minority can't be racist and well that's really wrong.

That should be the end of it? Michael Richards screwed up, like I said, the guys don't have a case thanks to freedon of speech, but Richards will pay none the less, he killed his career.

Why will money make it more sincere?
What exactly should they be compensated for? The only money they should get is the money they paid for the ticket. So you got called a name , big deal get over it , it`s not like you need to pay doctors bills or loss of earnings.

Why should those 2 guys get money for heckling and spoiling other peoples enjoyment of the show they were watching.Both parties are in the wrong.I don`t see those 2 guys apologising to the rest of the audience for initiating the whole thing

Also, this is difficult to understand I know, but please try, the spelling has nothing to do with it, verbally. Try this, two best mates and the black guy has had a bad day and is grumpy:

White person: "Nigga want to go play some b-ball?"
Black person: "You racist fuck"
White person: " I said it yesterday and you were cool with it bro"
Black person: "Yeah but today you said it with an er"

Fuck that. I'm against racism but what pisses me off more is when people exploit the innocent use of the word. And don't tell me that never happens, it happens allllll the time, and many thrive off it.

And again, if black people don't like then they should stop using it themselves.
