After repenting for a sin, youre supposed to make a conscious effort to not do it again. If you try your best, avoid temptation, and still happen to do it again, then just repent and ask god for forgiveness and help. But if you just say "sorry god" and dont mean it, and go do the same thing the second you get out of church, then I'm not sure God will be so lenient.
