Well you don't seem to know much about your local music scene, haven't you ever heard of Arab Strap, Sluts of Trust, Smog, Camera Obscura, Belle and Sebastian, Delgados, Ballboy, The Reindeer Section, Fire Engines, Biffy Clyro, Trashcan Sinatras, Sons and Daughters, The Mull Historical Society, The Beta Band, The Grim Northern Social and Snow Patrol. Not to mention the aforementioned Mylo and Franz. There's a thread on Idlewild too.
There was no need for that comment, Scotland has a thriving and very much supported and supportive music scene.
