I think it has a lot more to do with spending millions of dollars on balls and dances rather than actually giving his armed forces basic training and equipment. I'm sure it isn't your assertion, but that post comes across as if you've decided that the opinions of countries that differ to that of America are uninmportant and should be disregarded as George bulldozes his way towards "freedom". That sort of attitude pretty much sums up in a nutshell what many people dislike about America.
