Actually, McCain has defended the war all along, and has been juvilant lately that some FoxNews schemesters have put together some kind of stats that show the war is going good. Actually, the war has not improved, since 2006, and their government hasn't made much progress. Their claiming it's a success strictly on the merit of the sectarian violence is down. However, the situation, in that country is still no better than it was when we entered, so looking for some kind of little moral victory in that, is just downright pathetic.
I'm referring to the Republicans, not you ProggyMan.
