read my first post in the gun control thread.
as of 2002 canada effectively double the united states in violent crimes per capita. the homicide rate may be different but violent crime is NOT 'virtually nonexistant' in canada. we're not an entire nation of tree hugging hippies.
good thing you based yourself on a tv special about a canadian stereotype instead of doing a little research. no wonder you're so informative...
