Granted, you can tell Danger Mouse has influenced their sound on here a bit, but generally I think Attack & Release is a step forward for them, and there are plenty of songs that could fit into any of their old albums. The variation of style on A&R is refreshing. Like I said before, it doesn't end up all sounding the same.

It was alright, but I had only liked a couple songs on this release and it just didn't real stand out that much. That doesn't mean I didn't like it, it's just that I really didn't see anything special is all.
