That's a great way of dealing with a social problem, addressing them as individuals and not as a society.
If that were the case the civil rights movement or any other social movement would have never happened.

I may apparently not be as "experienced" with racism (???), but I've cited a fairly large example of it. It's completely naive for you to say that racism has nothing to do with the treatment of hispanics here in Southern California, but since you admitted that "there is no tension between blacks and Hispanic's
where I live then any other two races" you wouldn't know that.
