I'm sorry, I don't care if it's subjective or not, we're talking about a genre that spans many centuries and has pretty much been the whole foundation of music theory, something that is rooted in all cultures from around the world, is incredibly diverse and requires a ridiculous amount of skill and discipline in both composition and musicianship. I don't care how boring you think it is, if you think it's the worst kind of music when we have everything from smooth jazz to metalcore, you simply aren't paying enough attention as a musicgoer.
