Alright, I guess it's time for a beer and a gammel dansk (danish bitter) ..
And then I'll find someone who likes food and drink and we'll have a nice chat about traditional food and drink from the countries we're from. After a little while, the talk focuses more and more on alcohol and we start getting stuff from the bar that might be considered traditional where we're from. Since I'm norwegian, that means we would have to get a shotglass of Aquavit which is a liquor that is very popular in Norway (and the rest of Scandinavia) around christmas time. We'll also inevitably have a flatliner with extra tabasco (sorry about that) because we call them "stinging jelly fish" where I come from and like to drink them despite the foul ingredients.
It's a layered shot and the ingredients for a stinging jellyfish (also known as flatliner) is Zambouca, tabasco and tequila. When nicely layered, zambouca goes at the bottom, then a nice, fat layer of tabasco and tequila floats on top.
Mmm.
After this, I'll be starting to get properly drunk I think.
