It is win for the students. Like dac said, the teachers never teach the full period since it is normally over an hour so you have time to do HW/nothing with the last 20 minutes of class. And since there's only four classes you generaly have less homework. But this is exactly why most schools think block scheduling doesn't work.

Yeah, just because you smoke weed doesn't mean you are the stereotypical stoner. I smoke a lot of weed but I still manage to be in the top 10% of my class. That whole weed is bad for you and turns you into a "stoner" thing is succchhh a myth.
