Time ticks by without a blink of an eye
from all those who have already been sold
whose cards have fell and have had to fold
into the pit of grief no exit unless sell your souls
angry frustrated people with nothing to call their own
except for a few measily gestures of hope
but nothing for them to see or feel
without cash nothing is real.

going one way fast and blind
pick up what you can within time
protection none from behind
fallen, failed to walk the line.

disturbing facts that haunt most but not all
not all of us are confronted with an unfailing wall
you gambled with more than your lives
you dismissed the one who did the ultimate sacrifice
man cant save you so pray for mercy god might
deliver yourself from the clutches of the beast
just call on him he will give you light
join me and my friends at the celebrational feast.
