Yes, I do believe Lil Wayne has quite a bit more to offer than 50 Cent. 50 has the Power of the Dollar, which is decent at best. And though Lil Wayne really is a joke in a lot of ways, when hes actually rapping he can flow. I really enjoy (most of) Tha Carter II, and The Drought is Over pt 2. Though I must say that for every great song Wayne has, he has five terrible ones.
Edit: forgot to mention, he is garbage now though. I bet by the time he releases his next "rap" album its going to be complete mindless dribble (not that Tha Carter III wasnt nearly there already)
