That Gallery thing you're talking about sounds similar to something a movie theater by my parents has that's called "Lux". It's a balcony area above the peons in the regular part of the theater where you get to sit in a big cushy leather seats and you can order dinner and drinks from waitresses that come around. I've only been to it once, when I saw
Gran Turino, but it was kind of cool.
