You're not ugly at all, I'd probably recommend if you were wanting to meet a girl to wear clean tidy clothes and maybe have your hair tied back so she can see your face clearly.
Just from personal experience, if I see a guy walking up to me with ripped dirty looking clothes and shaggy uncared for hair it can be a real turn off. Not saying that's what you look like but just in general.
