The little amount of effort you had to put in to post a link is greatly outweighed by the 10 users a day that spam 15 posts just to post a self-promoting link then skip out forever. If you plan on sticking around and making worthwhile posts, 15 isnt much. I would rather it be increased so it discourages these fools to not waste their time.
