Yeah I know, there's so many recommendations, and if you get to know your fellow members you can figure out if they have a half decent attitude towards particular music.
NZ music has just as many genres as anywhere else, but over here we really love Dub music such as Salmonella Dub, dDub, Kora and The Black Seeds. Drum and bass is also huge, with noted groups being Concord Dawn, Shapeshifter, State of Mind and Urban Terror Unit. Hip Hop is always pretty popular here due to our Pacific Islander minorities and Maori. We have a new group doing really well called Smashproof, who sound like Kanye West. Mainstream rock music doing well is Midnight Youth and Autozam. Our heavy metal, thrash and blues is a more underground kind of taste, but you can find incredible groups locally at particular bars.
I could kind of go on forever, but let me know if you want to know anymore. Tell me whats the go with Texa's music? Like do they have a big variety of diferent music styles?
