Michio Kaku, one of the most respected physicists of today, said in that video, the solar storms (or the effect on Earth) will be 20 times worse than originially predicted. Also, he said many other physicists were onto the same thing. Good vid. I know the storms take about 6 hrs. to reach Earth, and in that time they will turn off satellites to lessen the damage, but it all depends on how direct the CME's and solar flares are, and how strong our electromagnetic field is. They could still fry the satellites even with the power off.

just watched the whole thing.
But how are you supposed to believe anything he said? Where is the proof? I was particularly interested and convinced about the first 3 segments, where he kept talking about the pine cone and pineal gland, but the rest i didn't understand.
