Hi I'm new.

I am quite a beginner to the world of music. I have been playing keyboard/piano for years, but faaaar from perfect lol. One thing Ive always wanted to be able to do is SING. I'm always singing, in the shower, in the car, but cant sing in tune, and rubbish at karaoke.

And so I thought Id take on a new hobby and get some private singing lessons. I dont want to be a professional singer and know I will never be very good, but I would love to be able to sing in tune and strengthen my vocals, learn my vocal range etc...

But what I would love to know is whether it is worth me spending money on getting lessons? Would it help me sing in tune, or am I doomed for life? As people say "singing is like maths, you can either do it or you cant". lol. What do you all think? Is it possible?
