i usually forget about it if the movie is captivating enough, if i lose attention i'll probably just end up turning it off because i know how it ends anyways.
there are plenty of movies that are a hell of a lot better than the books; whoever was responsible for The Count of Monte Cristo deserves an award for lifetime achievement for being about to turn that dull sh
itpile into something worth watching.
