Most people get to a point where they sit down and do nothing, but that's when they're in their 70s, I'm 23, and yet since I dropped out of school in 3rd grade I live a sheltered life of reclusiveness of which I feel there is no real way of escaping. There's all these things I'd like to do, write, take up some kind of art, etc. But I'm unmotivated because I just can't build up the confidence to do anything and expect to go anywhere with it, because my life is just a back catelog of failure.
I'm a school dropout who's never so much as made eye contaxt with a girl and don't even know how to drive, can't even find anyone to teach me. I can't get a job, for a variety of reasons, even though I want one.

Anyway, there's always a way to escape. You've just gotta let go of any inhibitions and just do stuff and let the self-confidence some gradually.
