You only think its disgusting because you've been subjected your entire life to your superiors telling you to wear clothes and to avert your eyes if for some reason someone was bared in front of you. The human body is not disgusting. Even with age (liver spots, sagging, wrinkles, etc.) the body is still a miracle of chemestry, physics, biology, and that mystery that we call life all coming together in an incomprehensably beautiful way.
It would take a few generations for us to remember that, even in a purely nudist setting though.
