It doesn't feel much different, in my experience.
It feels like you're squirting, or it doesn't feel like you're squirting and you see it wherever you squirted and it's kind of obvious.
I don't squirt, though, I just have before.
I don't think it's something that happens to girls often, I think it just happens sometimes to some girls.
