Strictly Dubwise is Bovell's 1978 debut album and I haven't seen it in issue for several years. But nearly every good album comes back into issue if you willing to long enough. For that reason I would never pay a collector's premium price for any album because the collector's market is a ripoff with artifically inflated prices.

My reggae music source is Ernie B.'s the largest online reggae music wholesaler in the USA and if he doesn't have the title, then nobody has it. He's a great resource for rare and hard to find reggae albums.
