One Hot Minute is a pretty good album, seriously underrated by a lot of people (probably because it took them 4 years to release an album that is nowhere near as good as Blood Sugar Sex Magik, and also flies away from that funk/metal/etc. thing they had going for so many years). I quite enjoy it, though it is a bit forgettable
I always thought JA was quite a bit more punk than metal, but like I said (I said this next part before, right?) I haven't listened to enough of them to really be sure on much
