I'm not a vegetarian so I agree with you in that I would miss the meat, but I do like vegetables. Over here most burritos and tacos I've had are not 90% meat. It usually has meat as its main ingredient, but then fresh diced tomato, lettuce, cheese, avocado, stuff like that. I think it'd be boring if it were just 90% meat! But that's my personal opinion.
