I agree people are more likely to give feedback (more than once) if they know for sure that it is appreciated! That's why I asked Chard by PM about his feelings, because I wasn't sure if he wanted feedback.

And I agree, Vanilla, that people who comment in Chard's thread and then get no reply probably feel confused and then a little hurt, because they are *trying* to communicate. It feels like being rebuffed. That's again why I recommend PMing Chard.
