I started when I was 14, on and off. It wasn't til I was 16 and started doing my exams at school that I found a smoke calmed me down somewhat... And it went from there....

That makes sense. Thanks for answering. I never grew up around smoke. When I was a child with my smoking grandma in her car (TORTURE!!!), I'd have the window cracked and would be gasping for fresh air from outside.
I didn't like my grandma much.
