yep snickers has the right idea, although i have never been bullied, nor been the bully. so i can not really comment but he does express some good points. i doubt the dumb **** would even know what chloroform is anyhow...
making friends with him would be kinda hard however, does this guy have many friends (jocks) that would come after you if you you did anything to him... if so that could be a problem...think about the situation before taking any action
