The Blood Brothers qualify I think. although they kind of walk the line between "art" and "f
ucking destroy all art" but I think that's taking the name "art punk" too literally.

I never listened to that album but judging by that track it sounds like Liza Minnelli compared to their older stuff (in heaviness not quality). Kind of cool that they moved on though. Most bands like them stick with the GG Allin worship till death
