Default Lekiddo - Many Are Called

hahahahahaha!

Long live the lobster! I'm going review crazy on random reviews! I found this guy on MySpace after a mate pointed me to his page.

I cannot decide if This Cafe is the most wonderful cross between Madness and the Streets that I have ever heard or a pile of hit and miss rubbish. Any tune that manages to fit in the old joke abouta lobster walking into a bar deserves a listen I reckon!

Many are Called is almost in te realms of world music. There is definitely a lot of different influneces on this album, such as calypso, pop, electro and hip-hop. I don't know if that is really to the guy's advantage. I guess it means he can get reactions to it all and hone his skills a bit for the next album.

I would be interested to here where his music goes from here on in and would definitely recommened a listen.

The webiste is also flipping hilarious... lekiddo.com

Default You what?

Not sure about this mate! The website is great I agree but I'm not too sold on the tunes - the ideas are all there but the execution could be better. Its all a bit random.

Lekiddo the Crustacean Sensation, absolute genius..... the best lobster tunes since the B52's Rock Lobster.

I think the humor is too forced. And the music too average. Definitely not my taste.
