I give this like a 4, while American Idiot gets about an 8.

I just found 21CB to be drawn out, annoying, and completely inferior in general to the rest of their work. And Know Your Enemy is an awful song.

I think "21st" is Green Day's Crowning achievement, trumping "American Idiot" and all of their earlier releases. I picked up Dookie at the time of its release, and I would have never guessed that Green Day would have transformed into the band they are now.
