Default Atlas & Orange - Euphoria

Always on the lookout for new pop music I came across a review of the new Atlas & Orange album, Euphoria. I never heard of them but the reviewer mentioned one of my favorite albums in the write-up, "New Miserable Experience" by the Gin Blossoms so I went out and downloaded it from iTunes. It truly is everything that anyone into bands like the Gin Blossoms. Jayhawks or Son Volt. There is very little written about the band, a few you tube videos from club dates but little else. Some of my favorite tracks that stand out are, "Drunk Love" with it's soulful longing and melodies. This Letter and Falling Stars are gems, the latter has some great piano instrumentation. This is a group that embraces rich harmonies and song writing. I highly recommend it.
