Default Ah, some prog rock history...

Thanks for sharing the history here. People should listen to them and all the other greats from back in the day (King Crimson, Yes [early], Gentle Giant, Genesis....). Some of the best music ever written. PERIOD!

Technically ELP was one of the best rock bands ever.They where great untill Works 1 and 2 and Love Beach when the painted themselves into a creative corner.I noticed they dont get the respect now that they got in the 70's.Bands like Yes and early Genesis seem to command more repect now.I love Trilogy and Tarkus the most but all the earlier stuff is as good as it gets.
