When i go to the Edit Avatar page, the " Do not use avatar" button is selected. How do we unselect this and use our own avatar? Do we have to earn this? Or am I just not very intelligent?

I didn't set it up yet for normal users. Upload the picture you want as your profile picture and I'll then upload it as your avatar. I haven't figured out a system yet for how many posts you need to earn it. But for now just do that.

It's not the normal way. I just haven't set up the normal way. I will soon.

All set. I made it so that all registered users can upload their own avatar now. The dimensions are 80x80. Have fun! :D

Hmmm...in my user CP it doesn't give me the option to upload an avatar...

You need 50 posts to have an avatar. At 50 posts you also get the option to change your title.
